Attendees will be taken on a story-making adventure, helping to boost their confidence, self-esteem, and resilience. There will also be chance for young people to explore behind the scenes at the centre’s enchanting Apothecary.

Maia Thornton is looking for parents or carers of children or young people with an appearance altering condition or injury to take part in an interview study.
We encourage you to take part as the research helps us to ensure that parents/carers are receiving the right support, and if people are not getting the right support, then we can try and make a change.

Microtia UK have teamed up with Skydive GB for a charity skydive day. On the 8th September fundraisers will come together to discover the Yorkshire Coast like never before with a Tandem Skydive Experience. Something to tick off your bucket list!
The skydiving centre is based just north of the coastal resort of Bridlington, East Yorkshire.
If you are interested in jumping for Microtia UK then you can secure your place with a small deposit of £49 – we will pay the rest if you can raise £500 for the charity in sponsorship. Email tina@microtiauk.org for more information.
