BAHA Accessories UK is a small, UK-based business that designs and supplies handmade accessories for bone anchored hearing aids (BAHAs). Their product range includes headbands, hats, safety lines, connectors and other practical and fun accessories, all created to support both children and adults who use bone conduction hearing devices.
The business was founded by Bryony Walker, who began making BAHA headbands for her goddaughter after recognising how difficult it was to find high-quality, comfortable and child-friendly options in the UK. What started as a personal project has since grown into a trusted supplier supporting families across the country and beyond.
Supporting those born with microtia
For individuals born with microtia, where the outer ear and ear canal may be underdeveloped or absent, traditional hearing aids are often not suitable. Bone anchored hearing aids work differently by transmitting sound through the skull directly to the inner ear, bypassing the outer ear entirely.
