Cochlear™ Baha® Start
Every child deserves the best start in life.
Cochlear™ Baha® Start is a simple, non-surgical hearing solution that uses bone conduction to help recipients experience clear, rich and natural sound. It comprises of the Cochlear Baha® 7 Sound Processor and a wearable option that holds the sound processor against the head – either the Baha SoundBand™ or Baha SoundArc.™
- Baha SoundBand
The SoundBand is created specifically for babies and young children. Soft and comfortable, it comes in several colours and can easily be adjusted for different sizes. - Baha SoundArc
Sleek and stylish, the SoundArc is a more discreet choice for older children. It is available in several different colours and sizes with changeable coloured silicone tips.
Both the SoundBand and SoundArc can be worn with either one or two sound processors.

Cochlear™ Baha® System
When a surgical solution is required, we’ve got you covered. The Cochlear™ Baha® System offers advanced hearing, great connectivity and a choice of ways to attach a sound processor.
- The Baha implant offers you two straightforward ways to connect. Baha® Connect uses a small abutment behind the ear that connects the sound processor directly to the implant. Baha® Attract uses magnets to hold the sound processor over the implant.
- The Baha® 7 Sound Processor provides powerful hearing in a small bone anchored device. It:
- Improves speech recognition in both quiet and noisy environments.
- Is splash-proof, dust-proof, lightweight and durable.
- Can stream directly from compatible Apple and Android™ devices.
- Is discreet and available in a range of colours.

Cochlear™ Osia® System
The Cochlear™ Osia® System is designed to help you hear your best, even in noisy situations. It can be a great option for children who weigh 7kg and over – as well as adults. It has two parts:
- The Osia System implant and transducer is fully implanted under the skin, and is unique in featuring a Piezo Power™ transducer. This performs well at high frequencies, which may help you to hear speech more clearly.
- The Osia® 2 Sound Processor is slim, discreet, lightweight and comfortable. Simply place it on your head behind the ear, adjust your hair, and you’re ready to go. It connects easily to True Wireless™ devices – and compatible smart phones. Plus, it automatically adapts to different environments to help you hear better.
Crucially, the Osia System is the only active bone conduction device that is MRI-compatible at both 3 Tesla and 1. 5 Tesla, offering protection and peace of mind long into the future.
