It’s a supportive, welcoming space for information, reassurance, and shared experience.
About the Hearpeers Parent Mentors
Hearpeers Parent Mentors are parents who have been through the hearing implant journey with their own children. They understand the questions, emotions, and decisions involved and are available to offer free, one‑to‑one peer support.
Parent Mentors can share:
Insights from their own child’s hearing journey.
Practical tips for navigating assessments, surgery, activation, and everyday life with a hearing device.
Answers to non‑medical questions based on lived experience.
All Mentors are trained and provide individual support at no cost, with no obligation or commitment required.
